one/dps is an independent digital product studio. This policy explains what information we collect through onedps.studio, why we use it and what choices you have.

Information we collect

We collect information you choose to provide when you contact us about a project.

  • Your name and work email.
  • The services and budget range you select.
  • Project details and any other information you include in your message.
  • Technical and usage data such as pages viewed, interactions, referrer, browser and device information, performance metrics and approximate location provided by our analytics service.

How we use information

We use this information to:

  • Respond to inquiries and assess whether we are a good fit for a project.
  • Prepare, discuss and deliver our services.
  • Operate, protect and improve the website.
  • Understand how visitors use the website and evaluate our marketing and outreach.
  • Meet applicable legal and administrative obligations.

Analytics and browser storage

We use PostHog Cloud EU for product and website analytics. PostHog may use first-party cookies and browser storage to distinguish browsers, measure visits and sessions, collect interaction and heatmap data, diagnose dead clicks and report Web Vitals. Session Replay is disabled.

We do not use this information for third-party advertising. You can limit or remove browser storage through your browser settings; doing so may reduce the continuity and accuracy of analytics.

Service providers

We use service providers only where needed to run the studio and website, including Vercel for hosting and delivery, PostHog Cloud EU for analytics and Spacemail for project inquiry email. They process information under their own security and privacy obligations.

Information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Retention

We keep inquiry and project information for as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship and meet legitimate business or legal obligations. Analytics data is retained according to our PostHog configuration and is deleted or aggregated when it is no longer needed.

Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, object to or restrict certain processing, withdraw consent where processing is based on consent, and complain to a relevant data protection authority.

You can also control or delete cookies and local storage through your browser. To make a privacy request, contact us using the email below.

Security, children and external links

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive personal information through the project form.

The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children. Links to third-party websites are governed by those websites’ own privacy practices.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy when our website, services or legal obligations change. The date at the top shows the latest revision.
